These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you visit 2oodles.app and when you sign up to hear from us. The 2oodles apps are still in development; when they launch, they'll have their own terms that govern their use, and those terms will control to the extent they cover the same topic.

By using this site or sending us your email or mobile number, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

2oodles is a product of Willow River Investment LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at hello@2oodles.app.

Using this site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about 2oodles and to let us know you're interested. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that violates a law or someone else's rights;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, our infrastructure, or anyone else's account or data;
• scrape, copy, or republish the site or its contents at scale, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission;
• impersonate anyone or submit false information in any form on the site.

The "Keep me posted" signup

If you give us your email through the signup form, you're asking us to email you when the apps are ready and to reply to anything you've asked. We won't add you to a marketing drip or share your address with third parties. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to hello@2oodles.app.

Text messages (SMS)

Program name: 2oodles. Program description: 2oodles sends sign-in one-time codes to the mobile number you associate with your 2oodles account. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

• Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive one-time codes from 2oodles at that number, including messages sent via automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the service — each sign-in triggers a message.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages you send and receive. We don't charge for the messages themselves.
• Opting out — reply STOP. Reply STOP to any 2oodles message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help — reply HELP. Reply HELP to any 2oodles message for help, or contact customer support at hello@2oodles.app.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. For details about what we collect and how it's used — and our commitment that mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

Our brand and content

The 2oodles name, logo, illustrations, copy, and overall site design belong to Willow River Investment LLC. You may share a link to the site, but please don't copy our content or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't. Third-party trademarks, logos, and images shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

The apps

Anything we say on this site about the 2oodles apps is a description of what we're working on, not a guarantee that any particular feature will ship, in any particular form, or on any particular date. When the apps launch, your use of them will be governed by the terms presented in or with the apps.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we don't warrant that any information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing on this site is veterinary, medical, training, or professional advice. If your dog needs a professional, please talk to one.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Willow River Investment LLC and the people who work on 2oodles are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of this site — even if we've been told such damages are possible. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is meaningful, we'll flag it the next time we email the people who signed up. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Willow River Investment LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
